A cooling structure (80) for a rotary electric machine (20) includes a first supply pipe (32) that is disposed vertically above a rotary electric machine (20) and that has a discharge hole (76) through which a refrigerant is discharged toward the rotary electric machine (20); a second supply pipe (34) that is disposed in parallel with the first supply pipe (32) vertically above the rotary electric machine (20) and that has a discharge hole (76) through which the refrigerant is discharged toward the rotary electric machine (20); and a pump (42, 44) configured to deliver the refrigerant to the first supply pipe (32) and the second supply pipe (34) such that a direction of the refrigerant flowing through the first supply pipe (32) and a direction of the refrigerant flowing through the second supply pipe (34) are opposite to each other.
