To reduce wave energy of tow waves generated by a hull water-dipped unit of a vessel when the vessel is being navigated.SOLUTION: Tow waves Aw propagated to outside a vessel 1 are reduced by introducing water flow having a part or the whole of wave energy of bow related waves Awf to a conduit 20 provided between a wave reflection side wall 23 and a hull submerged unit 2 by reflecting a part or the whole of the bow related waves Awf generated by the hull submerged unit 2 of the vessel 1 to a side of the hull submerged unit 2 at the wave reflection side wall 23 arranged in a position separated from a surface of the hull submerged unit 2 on both sides of the vessel 1 at least when the vessel 1 is navigated in a proceeding direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
