To provide a joining structure which can improve a fastening force between a first member and a second member while suppressing an exfoliation of a rust prevention film of the first member, in the structure in which the first member having the rust prevention film and the second member are fastened to each other.SOLUTION: A joining structure comprises a first member 1 in which an electrodeposited coating 6 as a rust prevention film is formed on a surface of a metal-made base material 5, a second member 2 contacting with the first member 1, and fastening members 3, 4 for fastening the first member 1 and the second member 2. Protrusions 7 having heights lower than a thickness of the electrodeposited coating 6 are formed at least at a part of the surface of the second member 2 contacting with the first member 1 in a plurality of pieces. The first member 1 and the second member 2 are fastened to each other by the fastening members 3, 4 in a state that the base material 5 of the first member 1 and the protrusions 7 do not contact with each other, and the electrodeposited coating 6 of the first member 1 and the protrusions 7 are engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】防錆被膜を有する第1部材が第2部材に締結された構造において、第1部材の防錆被膜の剥がれを抑制しつつ第1部材および第2部材の間の締結力を向上させることが可能な接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】接合構造は、金属製の基材5の表面に防錆被膜としての電着塗膜6が形成された第1部材1と、第1部材1に接触している第2部材2と、第1部材1および第2部材2を締結する締結部材3、4とを備える。第2部材2における第1部材1と接触する表面の少なくとも一部には、電着塗膜6の厚さより低い高さの凸部7が複数個形成されている。第1部材1および第2部材2は、第1部材1の基材5と凸部7とが接触することなく第1部材1の電着塗膜6と凸部7とが噛合した状態で、締結部材3、4によって締結されている。【選択図】図2
