To improve the mountability of a thermal storage tank while enabling battery temperature rise control during vehicle stop, shorten the time related to the temperature rise of a high voltage battery and reduce a power consumption amount required for temperature rise.SOLUTION: A vehicular battery temperature rising system comprises: a coolant circulation circuit 110; a first thermal storage tank which stores a heated coolant heated by a heating unit 140 and can supply the coolant to the coolant circulation circuit 110; a second thermal storage tank which can store the coolant in the coolant circulation circuit 110; coolant circulation path control units 176, 178 which perform switch control of the circulation path of the coolant circulation circuit 110 so as to select any of a path which circulates a battery 4, a path which circulates the first thermal storage tank and a path which circulates the second thermal storage tank; and a temperature rise control unit 192 which controls the temperature rise step of the battery 4. The temperature rise control unit 192 executes: the first step of storing the coolant in the coolant circulation circuit 110 in the second thermal storage tank; and the second step of moving the heated coolant stored in the first thermal storage tank to the coolant circulation circuit for circulation and raising the temperature of the battery after the first step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
