To provide a battery case which can heat and cool a battery independently of air conditioning of a cabin.SOLUTION: A battery case 10 has a lower case 11 in which a battery 15 may be placed on an inner surface. The lower case 11 is provided with: a first refrigerant passage part 111 located at the inner surface side, and provided with a refrigerant path 112 through which a refrigerant may pass; a second refrigerant passage part 113 located at the outer surface side relative to the first refrigerant passage part 111, and provided with a refrigerant path 114 through which the refrigerant may pass; and a heat insulation part 115 provided between the first refrigerant passage part 111 and the second refrigerant passage part 113.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
