To provide a technique capable of realizing a safer evacuation travel by expanding a range of a station which can constitute an evacuation-possible point, and properly setting an evacuation destination where the own vehicle can safely evacuate.SOLUTION: An evacuation driving support device 100 comprises: a surrounding environment information acquiring unit 131; a self-position estimating unit 132; a map information receiving unit 152 that receives map information from a server 200 which records map information including information on an evacuation-possible point for a vehicle; an evacuation-possible point acquiring unit 133 that acquires map evacuation-possible point information, which is evacuation-possible point information around the vehicle based on the map information, from the self position; an evacuation destination determining unit 134 that determines an evacuation destination based on recognized evacuation-possible point information which is information on the evacuation-possible point around the vehicle recognized from the surrounding environment information, and the map evacuation-possible point information; and an evacuation control unit 135 that controls the vehicle to the evacuation destination.
