To make it possible to fly an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) stably and continuously when flying the UAV using a position measurement system of the UAV with use of a total station (TS).SOLUTION: A TS installed on the ground, a UAV having an optical reflector loaded thereon, and an aviation monitor control device (PC) are communicatably connected. The TS is configured to receive reflection light, which is irradiation light radiated toward the UAV, reflected by the optical reflector loaded on the UAV, and returns, measure a current position (TS) of the UAV, and transmit the measured current position to the PC. The PC is configured to, when receiving the current position (TS), transmit (transfer) the received current position to the UAV. The UAV is configured to fly using the current position (TS). When the TS loses the UAV, the PC is configured to transfer a current position (EKF) sent from the UAV, to the TS. The TS is configured to control a direction of the irradiation light on the basis of the current position (EKF) sent from the PC, and resume tracking the UAV.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】トータルステーション(TS)を利用した無人飛行体(UAV)の位置測定システムを用いてUAVを飛行させる際にUAVを安定して継続的に飛行させることができるようにする。【解決手段】地上に設置したTSと、光反射器を搭載したUAVと、飛行監視制御装置(PC)とを通信可能に接続する。TSは、UAVに向けて照射した照射光がUAVに搭載された光反射器で反射して戻ってくる反射光を受光してUAVの現在位置(TS)を測定してPCに送信する。PCは、現在位置(TS)を受信するとこれをUAVに送信(転送)する。UAVは現在位置(TS)を利用して飛行する。TSがUAVをロストするとPCはUAVから送られてくる現在位置(EKF)をTSに転送する。TSはPCから送られてくる現在位置(EKF)に基づき照射光の方向を制御しUAVの追尾を再開する。【選択図】図9
