To provide a battery temperature adjusting device capable of appropriately suppressing progress of deterioration of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A battery temperature adjusting device 1 is mounted on a vehicle, and comprises: a refrigeration cycle device 10 and a low temperature side heat medium circuit 50 as a temperature adjusting section for adjusting a battery temperature TB that is a temperature of a battery 5; a temperature adjustment control section 60a for controlling actuation of the temperature adjusting section; and a charge/discharge information acquiring section 64 for acquiring charge/discharge information relating to whether or not the battery 5 is charged/discharged. The charge/discharge information acquiring section 64 acquires absence information when present charge/discharge of the battery 5 is absent or when absence of future charge/discharge of the battery 5 is predicted, and acquires presence information when the present charge/discharge of the battery 5 is present or when presence of the future charge/discharge of the secondary battery is predicted. The temperature adjustment control section 60a controls actuation of the temperature adjusting section based on the charge/discharge information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
