The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses a battery temperature adjusting device, a control method of the battery temperature adjusting device and a vehicle, the battery temperature adjusting device comprises a first heat exchange assembly, a second heat exchange assembly, a sensing assembly and a temperature control assembly; the first heat exchange assembly and the second heat exchange assembly are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the battery and are used for carrying out heat exchange with a battery cell of the battery from the two opposite sides of the battery; the sensing assembly is connected with the temperature control assembly and the battery and used for detecting temperature parameters of the battery and sending the temperature parameters to the temperature control assembly. The temperature control assembly is connected with the first heat exchange assembly and the second heat exchange assembly and used for controlling the heat exchange rate of the first heat exchange assembly and the heat exchange rate of the second heat exchange assembly based on the temperature parameters. The temperature difference of the cells at different positions of the battery can be accurately controlled, the temperature consistency of the cells is improved, the performance of the battery is improved, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
