To adjust temperature of a high-voltage battery while suppressing degradation of the high-voltage battery.SOLUTION: A battery temperature adjusting device for a vehicle includes: a plurality of high-voltage batteries 30 connected to each other in parallel, for supplying electric power to a motor 11 driving the vehicle 1, and capable of being used at predetermined lower limit temperature TL or more; a low voltage battery 50 for supplying electric power to an auxiliary machine 60 mounted on the vehicle 1; and a PTC heater 30C configured to be capable of increasing temperature of at least one of the plurality of high-voltage batteries 30 by the electric power supplied by the low voltage battery 50. When temperature of the plurality of high-voltage batteries 30 is lower limit temperature TL or less, the PTC heater 30C increases temperature of the high-voltage batteries 30 of the number N to be able to simultaneously increase to lower limit temperature TL by the electric power of the low voltage battery 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
