To suppress fluctuation of air temperature which is supplied to a cabin and to maintain the temperature constant, at the time of switching of a heating mode.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner includes: a refrigerant circuit including a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a heat sink, a first electronic expansion valve provided on the refrigerant inlet side of the outdoor heat exchanger, a refrigerant-heating medium heat exchanger, and a second electronic expansion valve provided on the refrigerant inlet side of the refrigerant-heating medium heat exchanger; a heating medium circuit for circulating the heating medium and performing heat exchange between the refrigerant and the heating medium in the refrigerant-heating medium heat exchanger; and a control device for controlling the refrigerant circuit and the heating medium circuit. The control device includes an outside air heat absorbing heating mode for absorbing heat from the outdoor heat exchanger and an exhaust heat recovery heating mode for absorbing heat from the refrigerant-heating medium heat exchanger, and it closes the first electronic expansion valve at the switching time from the outside air heat absorbing heating mode to the exhaust heat recovery heating mode, and controls so as to increase the refrigerant overheating degree on the downstream side of the refrigerant-heating medium heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
