To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material frame that suppresses the generation of buckling and improves bending strength.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material frame 1 comprises: a compression surface part 2 where a compression stress is generated along a longitudinal direction DL when a bending load to bend the frame 1 in a short direction DS orthogonal to the longitudinal direction DL of the frame 1 is inputted to the frame 1; and a side surface part 3 extending in the short direction DS from a corner part 5 adjacent to a compression surface part 2. The compression surface part 2 comprises longitudinal direction orientation layers 11 on which reinforced fibers 11a are oriented in the longitudinal direction DL. A surface layer part of the side surface part 3 is composed of short direction orientation layers 12 as different direction orientation layers on which reinforced fibers 12a are oriented in a direction different from the longitudinal direction DL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
