To prevent a vehicle-to-vehicle distance of a plurality of vehicles from becoming too close in a parking lot.SOLUTION: An automatic parking system which automatically parks an automatic driving vehicle by in a parking lot giving an instruction regarding a target vehicle speed and a target route to the automatic driving vehicle, comprises: a vehicle information acquisition unit that acquires position information of target vehicles in a parking lot, which include an automatic driving vehicle and a communicable vehicle that is incapable of automatically driving but capable of performing inter-vehicle communication; a condition determination unit that determines whether or not the target vehicles satisfy a vehicle-to-vehicle communication driving condition based on the position information of the target vehicles in the parking lot acquired by the vehicle information acquisition unit; and a vehicle-to-vehicle communication driving instruction unit that causes the target vehicles determined by the condition determining unit that satisfy the vehicle-to-vehicle communication driving condition to perform vehicle-to-vehicle communication driving using vehicle-to-vehicle communication. In the vehicle-to-vehicle communication driving, the automatic driving vehicle is caused to prioritize a vehicle speed adjustment for vehicle approach suppression by the vehicle-to-vehicle communication over the target vehicle speed for automatic parking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】駐車場内で複数の車両の車間距離が詰まり過ぎることを抑制することができる。【解決手段】駐車場内の自動運転車両に対して目標車速及び目標ルートに関する指示を行うことにより自動運転車両の自動駐車を実行する自動駐車システムであって、自動運転車両と自動運転不能であるが車々間通信可能な通信可能車両とを含む対象車両の駐車場内の位置情報を取得する車両情報取得部と、車両情報取得部の取得した対象車両の駐車場内の位置情報に基づいて、対象車両が車々間通信走行条件を満たしたか否かを判定する条件判定部と、条件判定部により車々間通信走行条件を満たしたと判定された対象車両に対して車々間通信による車々間通信走行を行わせる車々間通信走行指示部と、を備え、車々間通信走行では、自動駐車のための目標車速より車々間通信による車両接近抑制の車速調整を自動運転車両に優先させる。【選択図】図6
