To provide a suspension device capable of maintaining a vehicle height when an engine is stopped, and to provide a buffer.SOLUTION: A suspension device 10 includes: a spring 22 provided between a wheel of a vehicle and a vehicle body 11 and supporting the vehicle body 11; and a buffer 21 disposed so as to have the same stroke amount as that of the spring 22. The suspension device 10 includes: a vehicle height adjustment mechanism 51 which is arranged serially with the spring 22 and adjusts a vehicle height of the vehicle; and a lock mechanism 71 which fixes the vehicle height changed by the vehicle height adjustment mechanism 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
