To provide a vehicle lower part structure which efficiently transmits a load and vibration from a wheel, to which a load of a vehicle is applied, to the side of a wheel disposed diagonally to the wheel to inhibit twisting vibration of a floor panel and thereby improve NV characteristics of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower part structure 100 includes: floor side members 104, 106 connected to a front suspension 122; rear side members 108, 110 connected to rear suspensions 130, 132; side sills 112, 114 each of which is disposed at the outer side as seen in a vehicle width direction of the floor side member and the rear side member and extends along a floor panel; and a cross member 116 which connects the side sills and is connected to the floor side members and the rear side members. The floor side member extends to the inner side as seen in the vehicle width direction in a direction toward the vehicle rear and is connected to the cross member from the vehicle front side.
