To provide a vehicle lower part structure which efficiently transmits a load and vibration from a wheel, to which a load of a vehicle is applied, to the side of a wheel disposed diagonally to the wheel to inhibit twisting vibration of a floor panel and thereby improve NV characteristics of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower part structure 100 includes: side sills 104, 106 extending along an edge of a floor panel 102; a cross member 108 extending in a vehicle width direction, connecting the side sills, and forming a closed cross section; rear side members 112, 114 connected to the side sills and extending rearward; and rear connection parts 116, 118 each of which connects the cross member with the rear side member. The rear connection parts have: inner rear connection surfaces 120, 122 which connect inner side surfaces 128, 130 of the rear side members with a rear surface 132 of the cross member and extend to the inner side as seen in the vehicle width direction toward the front; and lower rear connection surfaces 124, 126 which are continuous with lower edges 134, 136 of the inner rear connection surfaces and connect lower surfaces 138, 140 of the side sills with a lower surface 142 of the cross member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
