To provide a vehicle lower part structure which can absorb buffer load at the time of lateral collision of a vehicle without narrowing foot space of a crew member seated on a rear seat.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower part structure 10 comprises: a cross member 20 which is arranged between a floor panel 14 of a vehicle 12 and a battery case 16 and extended in a vehicle width direction in the front side of a rear side part of a support member 18 supporting a front seat; and a connection member 22 with a closed cross-sectional shape which connects an outer end part of the cross member 20 in the vehicle width direction with a rocker 30. A first fragile site 24 and a second fragile site 26 are formed on an upper wall 22U of the connection member 22 from an outermost side thereof in the vehicle width direction to an inner side in order to extend in a longitudinal direction, and a third fragile site 28 is formed on a lower wall 22D of the connection member 22 between the first fragile site 24 and the second fragile site 26 in a front view to extend in the longitudinal direction. An interval D1 between the first fragile site 24 and the third fragile site 28 in the vehicle width direction is shorter than an interval D2 between the second fragile site 26 and the third fragile site 28 in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
