To allow a moving object to obtain a route that avoids a place where the moving body cannot pass due to a step which does not exist in a detection range of a sensor mounted on the moving body.SOLUTION: When a request acquisition unit 21 acquires a route generation request from a moving body traveling on a sidewalk, a passability determination unit 24 determines whether or not the moving object can pass on the sidewalk based on whether or not a step on the sidewalk is at a height that can be exceeded by the moving object based upon drawing data of the sidewalk including information indicating a presence or absence of a step on a sidewalk and a height of a step. A route notification unit 25 notifies the moving body of a route constructed by the sidewalk determined to be passable by the passability determination unit 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】移動体に搭載されたセンサの検知範囲にない段差が要因で移動体が通過できない箇所を回避した経路を、移動体が得られるようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】要求取得部21が歩道を走行する移動体から経路の生成要求を取得すると、通行可否判定部24は、歩道の段差の有無、及び段差の高さを示す情報を含む歩道の図面データに基づき、歩道の段差が移動体の超えられる高さであるか否かにより、歩道を移動体が通行できるか否かを判定する。経路通知部25は、通行可否判定部24によって通行できると判定された歩道によって構成された経路を移動体に通知する。【選択図】図2
