To provide a shock absorption member capable of reducing its weight with a resin material used as a forming material and more improving shock energy absorption performance, and a vehicle mounted therewith.SOLUTION: The current invention employs a shock absorption member 500, the shock absorption member 500 comprising an injection molding unit 530 containing a thermoplastic resin and a fibrous filler, where the injection molding unit 530 includes a body part 510 having a tubular trunk part 514 and a tip part 512 having an end surface extending from the trunk part 514 and curved in a convex manner toward a tip, and a length-weighted average fiber length of the fibrous filler contained in the body part 510 is 1.0 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
