To provide a reinforcement structure of a vehicle body skeleton material which can suppress peeling of a main panel from a reinforcement panel when bending and deforming the vehicle body skeleton material.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure of a vehicle body skeleton material 1 includes a main panel 10 extending in a prescribed direction, and a reinforcement panel 30 which is stacked and fixed on the main panel 10. A notched part 34 from a flange reinforcement part 32 to at least a connection part 33 is formed in the reinforcement panel 30. An outer edge of the notched part 34 has a first straight line part 34b which is formed substantially parallel to a first virtual line P1, that passes an adjacent fixing point 41 adjacent to the notched part 34 at a fixing point of the main panel 10 to a flange part 12 and a first reference fixing point 43 adjacent to the other side in an extension direction with respect to a first proximate fixing point 42, which is nearest to the first adjacent fixing point 41, of fixing points of the main panel 10 to a central wall part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
