To provide a damping device for a railway vehicle capable of speedily returning to control with driving of a motor by shortening a motor electrification disabled time even under a power failure state.SOLUTION: An actuator control device 3 of the present invention comprises: a motor driver 5 which includes a drive circuit 30 for supplying power to a motor 4 of an actuator 2 which receives power supply from a railway vehicle 100, and a voltage sensor 31 for detecting a voltage, and which outputs an operation preparation ON signal when the voltage is equal to or higher than a first threshold, and outputs an operation preparation OFF signal when the voltage becomes lower than the first threshold; and a controller 40 which controls the actuator 2 by performing first control including the power supply from the drive circuit 30 to the motor 4 when the operation preparation ON signal is received, and performing second control not accompanied with the power supply from the drive circuit 30 to the motor 4 when the operation preparation OFF signal is received. When the voltage becomes equal to or lower than a second threshold which is higher than the first threshold, the controller 40 stops the power supply to the motor 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】停電状態となってもモータ通電不能時間を短縮して速やかにモータの駆動を伴う制御に復帰可能な鉄道車両用制振装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のアクチュエータ制御装置3は、鉄道車両100から電力供給を受けるアクチュエータ2のモータ4に電力供給する駆動回路30と、電圧を検知する電圧センサ31とを有して、電圧が第1閾値以上であると運転準備ON信号を出力し、電圧が第1閾値未満になると運転準備OFF信号を出力するモータドライバ5と、運転準備ON信号を受け取ると駆動回路30からモータ4への電力供給を含む第1制御を行い、運転準備OFF信号を受け取ると駆動回路30からモータ4への電力供給を伴わない第2制御を行ってアクチュエータ2を制御するコントローラ40とを備え、コントローラ40は、電圧が第1閾値よりも高い値の第2閾値以下となるとモータ4への電力供給を停止する。【選択図】図1
