To prevent a sheet member bonded to a shield plate from deflecting in an unintentional shape in a shield door in which the sheet member having a large length dimension as seen in a circumferential direction of the shield plate is bonded to the curved shield plate.SOLUTION: A rotary damper includes: a peripheral wall part 5e which is movable and curved; and a sheet member 5c bonded to an outer surface 5e1 of the peripheral wall part 5e. The outer surface 5e1 of the peripheral wall part 5e is provided with: an adhesion part 5e2 which is adhered to the sheet member 5c; and a non-adhesion part 5e3 which is not adhered to the sheet member 5c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
