To provide a new technology of determining trajectory of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control apparatus 10 includes: a detection unit 12 for detecting predetermined behavior of a preceding vehicle; and a control unit 11 which executes one of first control to move a vehicle along a standard trajectory set along a road and second control to move the vehicle in a control different from the first control when the predetermined behavior of the preceding vehicle is detected. The detection unit 12 detects, for example, a behavior of moving to the right after moving to the left with respect to a traveling direction within a predetermined time, or a behavior of moving to the left after moving to the right with respect to the traveling direction within a predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両の走行軌跡を決定する新たな技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の車両制御装置10は、先行車両の所定の挙動を検出する検出部12と、道路に沿って設定された標準軌跡に沿って自車両を移動させる第1の制御と、先行車両の所定の挙動が検出された場合に第1の制御と異なる制御で自車両を移動させる第2の制御と、の一方を実行する制御部11と、を有する。検出部12は、例えば、所定時間内で進行方向に対し左方向に移動後に右方向に移動する挙動、又は、所定時間内で進行方向に対し右方向に移動後に左方向に移動する挙動を検出する。【選択図】図1
