To provide a transfer characteristic measurement device, a transfer characteristic measurement program, and a drone device using thereof, capable of obtaining transfer characteristics with even higher accuracy by estimating and removing distortion and noise.SOLUTION: A transfer characteristic measurement device 10 includes: transfer characteristic calculation means 102 which calculates transfer characteristics for each time from an input signal and an output signal; strain separation means 103 which gives 0 to the input signal from time t3 prior to time t1 to time t2, the time t2 being time t1×2-1 and separates a causal component whose causality is correct from a non-causal component whose causality is back and forth, when obtaining transfer characteristics by Fourier transform from time t0 to the time t1; noise estimation means 104 which estimates the noise level from the non-causal component; censoring means 105 which obtains transfer characteristics in which the noise level is removed from the causal component; and attenuation correction means 106 which estimates the attenuation of transfer characteristics and obtains amplified transfer characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
