A loading timing determination part outputs a loading command to the additional vehicle (S45) when the maximum value Max (Dra) of actual service intervals of each service vehicle is equal to or more than an interval threshold Dr_th to be determined according to target speed when the loading request command is received, and outputs a holding command to cause the additional vehicle to hold the loading to the circuit (S54) when the maximum value is less than the interval threshold Dr_th.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】循環路における運行状況に応じて適切なタイミングで追加車両を投入可能とする。【解決手段】投入要否判定部は、循環路100における乗車需要に基づいて、循環路100への追加車両の投入要否を判定し、投入が必要と判定されたときに投入要求指令を出力する。投入タイミング決定部は、投入要求指令を受信した際に、それぞれの運行車両の実運行間隔のうち最大値Max(Dra)が、目標速度に応じて定まる間隔閾値Dr_th以上であるときに、追加車両に対して投入指令を出力し(S45)、当該最大値が間隔閾値Dr_th未満であるときに、追加車両に対して循環路への投入を保留させる保留指令を出力する(S54)。【選択図】図11
