To provide a vehicular cooler capable of reducing drive resistance by early raising a temperature of transmission oil and capable of suppressing lubrication failure in a transmission by suppressing an excessive temperature rise.SOLUTION: A vehicular cooler includes: a first cooling water flow passage 30 in which first cooling water cooling an engine 4 flows; a second cooling water flow passage 32 in which second cooling water cooling motor drive devices 6, 16, 18 flows; and an oil flow passage 34 in which oil lubricating inside of a transmission 8 flows. The oil flow passage includes: a first heat exchanger 24 exchanging heat between the cooling water in the first cooling water flow passage and the oil in the oil flow passage; a second heat exchanger 26 exchanging heat between the cooling water in the second cooling water flow passage and the oil in the oil flow passage; and oil flow rate adjustment devices 52, 54 capable of adjusting a flow rate of the oil flowing in the first heat exchanger and adjusting a flow rate of the oil flowing in the second heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
