To provide a structure which reduces vibration in a vertical direction that occurs when an in-wheel motor drive device drives a drive wheel.SOLUTION: A suspension device comprises: a shaft 57 which is provided on any one of a suspension member connected to an in-wheel motor drive device and a vehicle body side member; an outer cylinder 54 which is provided on the other one, and through which the shaft 57 passes; a rolling element 55 which is provided between the shaft 57 and the outer cylinder 54; and an elastic part 56 which is interposed between the suspension member and the vehicle body side member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
