To provide an automatic route setting system for a tower crane that avoids a suspended cargo of the tower crane from entering a three-dimensional entry prohibited area set in a building under construction and prevents an obstacle on a conveyance path from approaching a preset three-dimensional approach prohibited area so as to automatically convey the suspended cargo quickly and safely.SOLUTION: An automatic route setting system for a tower crane includes a core control unit 3b, which is provided in the vicinity of a suspended cargo 5 of a tower crane 2 arranged at a construction site to determine the position and bearing of the suspended cargo 5 and measure a three-dimensional shape of the suspended cargo 5, a cargo taking position of the suspended cargo 5, and a cargo unloading position, and an automatic control unit for selecting an optimal three-dimensional conveyance route 6 from the taking to the unloading of the suspended cargo 5 based on the results of determining and measuring by the core control unit 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】タワークレーンの吊荷が建設中の建物に設定された三次元進入禁止区域に進入するのを回避すると共に、搬送路上の障害物が設定された三次元接近禁止区域に接近するのを阻止し、迅速かつ安全に吊荷を自動搬送するタワークレーンの自動経路設定システムを提供する。【解決手段】建設現場に配置されるタワークレーン2の吊荷5の近傍に設けられ、吊荷5の位置及び方角を測位し、吊荷5の三次元形状、吊荷5の荷取り位置、及び吊荷の荷卸し位置の計測を行うコアコントロールユニット3bと、コアコントロールユニット3bによる測位結果及び計測結果に基づき、吊荷5の荷取りから荷卸しまでの最適な三次元搬送経路6を選択する自動制御ユニットとを備える。【選択図】図2
