The invention discloses an automatic driving system of a tower crane and the tower crane. The automatic driving system of the tower crane comprises a tower crane electromechanical mechanism, an on-tower cab, a ground control station and a wireless communication module, the tower crane electromechanical mechanism comprises a traveling mechanism, a swing mechanism, a luffing mechanism and a hoisting mechanism, the on-tower cab is provided with an unmanned automatic control system, the on-tower cab comprises an on-tower controller, the on-tower controller is in signal connection with a series of sensors in the tower crane electromechanical mechanism and a motor of a working mechanism, the ground control station comprises a ground controller, and the on-tower controller is in remote signal connection with the ground controller through the wireless communication module. According to the automatic driving system of the tower crane and the tower crane, the use of GPS or GNSS positioning system equipment is omitted, all tower crane electromechanical mechanisms are self-driven in a fixed route according to a path and a control command specified by the system by virtue of all the sensors which are distributed in the prior art, and automatic driving in the fixed route is realized, so that a tower crane lifting hook reciprocates between a material point and a construction point, and the working efficiency and reliability of the tower crane are improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机自动驾驶系统及塔式起重机,包括塔机机电机构、塔上驾驶室、地面控制站、无线通讯模块,塔机机电机构包括行走机构、回转机构、变幅机构和起升机构,塔上驾驶室设置无人操控的自动化控制系统,包括塔上控制器,塔上控制器信号连接至塔机机电机构中的系列传感器和工作机构的电机,地面控制站包括地面控制器,塔上控制器通过无线通讯模块远程信号连接地面控制器。本发明省去GPS或者GNSS定位系统设备的使用,而借助现有分布设置的各传感器,在固定路线中按照系统指定的路径和控制命令,自驱动各塔机机电机构,实现固定路线的自动驾驶,使塔机吊钩在物料点和施工点之间往复移动,提高塔机工作效率和可靠性。
