To make a thrust generator compact in the axial direction of the rotating shaft of the motor while making pitch angles of rotors driven by motors variable.SOLUTION: A thrust generator comprises: a thrust generating motor that generates thrust of rotors; pitch variable motors that generates a rotational motion for changing pitch angles of the rotors; a rotational-to-linear motion conversion part that converts a rotational motion of the pitch variable motor to a linear motion; and a linear-to-rotational motion conversion part that converts the linear motion converted by the rotational-to-linear motion conversion part to the rotational motion. At least a part of the rotational-to-linear motion conversion part is accommodated in the thrust generating motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
