To provide a remote monitoring system for building facility and a remote monitoring method for building facility, that can improve a workability of an observer by detecting a repeated alert, and frequent-occurring alerts from a monitoring device and managing them for each building by the registered observer.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring system is configured by: a building facility (elevator 1) installed in a building; a control device 2 for controlling an operation of the building facility; a monitoring device 3 that monitors a status of building equipment; and a monitoring server 5 that remotely acquires information from the monitoring device, wherein: in a method, when the monitoring server detects a repeated alert that the same facility is notified multiple times of the same content from the monitoring device, the monitoring server determines if the observer has already been assigned to the repeated alert from the monitoring device; and if the observer has already been assigned to the repeated alert, the monitoring server assigns a newly generated repeated alert to the same observer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】監視装置からの繰り返し発報及び多発発報を検出して、登録された監視員がビル毎に管理することで、監視員の作業性を向上させることのできる、ビル設備の遠隔監視システム及びビル設備の遠隔監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】遠隔監視システムは、建物に設けられたビル設備(エレベータ1)と、ビル設備の動作を制御する制御装置2と、ビル設備の状態を監視する監視装置3と、監視装置からの情報を遠隔で取得する監視サーバ5からなり、方法において、監視装置から同一の設備で同一内容の発報が複数回通知される繰り返し発報を監視サーバが検出した場合に、既に監視員が監視装置からの繰り返し発報に割り当てられているかを判別し、既に監視員が繰り返し発報に割り当てられていた場合には、新たに発生した繰り返し発報を同じ監視員に割り当てるようにする。【選択図】図2
