To provide a thermal management system of an inexpensive fuel cell vehicle which controls the temperature and flow of cooling water using one multi-valve.SOLUTION: A thermal management system 100 of a fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell stack 110, a heater 120 that uses the electricity produced by the fuel cell stack, a radiator 150 that cools cooling water, a pump 130 that circulates the cooling water, and a valve 160 that controls the temperature of the cooling water by adjusting the flow rate of the cooling water supplied to the pump from at least one of the fuel cell stack 110, the heater 120, and the radiator 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
