To improve twisting rigidity around a rear suspension tower of a convertible vehicle.SOLUTION: A rear part structure of a convertible vehicle includes: a first reinforcement member 4 which connects a pair of left and right rear suspension towers 1 in a vehicle width direction and is connected with a front part of a trough 3 extending in the vehicle width direction; and two second reinforcement members 7 respectively extending from the left and right rear suspension towers 1 to a center part as seen in the vehicle width direction and connected to a rear floor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
