To improve the efficiency of operating vehicles in a service system using a plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: A service system 100 includes a common server 10, and a plurality of vehicles 50 that communicate with the common server 10 to autonomously travel, wherein each vehicle 50 executes business matters of a plurality of business operators in cooperation with the common server 10. The common server 10 includes an operating status database 14 associating the operating status of each vehicle with a main business operator capable of preferentially using a part or all of each vehicle, and, when one vehicle 50 completes a business matter of the main business operator, refers to the operating status database 14 to determine whether or not to allow the vehicle to execute a business matter of another business operator different from the main business operator, and, when such is allowable, executes the business matter of the other business operator in cooperation with the vehicle 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
