To provide a charge/discharge control device of a power storage device, which can reduce useless power consumption and avoid a shortage of the remaining charged amount of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control device of a power storage device is chargeably/dischargeably connected with a drive source of a vehicle, comprises: a charge/discharge control part which controls charge and discharge of a battery; a destination information acquisition part which acquires destination information of the vehicle; and a standing time estimation part which estimates standing time of the vehicle at a destination on the basis of the destination information, in which the charge/discharge control part executes adjustment discharge control for discharging the battery during travel of the vehicle on condition that the standing time is first predetermined time or longer and SOC of the battery is an upper limit value or higher, and executes adjustment charge control for charging the battery during the travel of the vehicle on condition that the standing time is the first predetermined time or longer and the SOC of the battery is a lower limit value or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
