PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a charge amount of a power storage device close to a target charge amount while curbing frequent charge and discharge of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power storage device 30 which is mounted on an electric vehicle provided with a power collector 2 and an electric motor 6 comprises: a power storage element 31 which conducts power charges and discharge with the electric motor 6; and a charge and discharge control section 33 which makes the power storage element 31 discharge when power supplied to drive the electric motor 6 is larger than a first threshold value Pa* and charge when regenerative power from the electric motor 6 is larger than a second threshold value Pc*. When a charge amount of the power storage element 31 at a first point is lower than a target charge amount thereat, the charge and discharge control section 33 makes the first threshold value Pa* larger than a predetermined standard value Pa from the first point to a succeeding second point. When the charge amount of the power storage element 31 at the first point is higher than the target charge amount thereat, the charge and discharge control section 33 makes the second threshold value Pc* larger than a predetermined standard value Pc from the first point to the succeeding second point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】蓄電装置の充放電の頻度を抑制しつつ、蓄電装置の充電量を目標充電量に近づける。【解決手段】本発明に係る蓄電装置30は、集電装置2と、電動機6とを備える電気車に搭載され、電動機6との間で充放電を行う蓄電素子31と、電動機6への力行電力が閾値Pa*より大きい場合には、蓄電素子31に放電させ、電動機6からの回生電力が閾値Pc*より大きい場合には、蓄電素子31に充電させる充放電制御部33と、を有し、充放電制御部33は、第1の地点における蓄電素子31の充電量が、第1の地点における目標充電量よりも低い場合には、第1の地点に続く第2の地点までは、第1の閾値Pa*を予め定められた第1の閾値の標準値Paよりも大きくし、第1の地点における蓄電素子31の充電量が目標充電量よりも高い場合には、第2の地点までは、第2の閾値Pc*を予め定められた第2の閾値の標準値Pcよりも大きくする。【選択図】図1
