To provide: a vehicle travel management system capable of coping with the case that a vehicle becomes unable to stop at a get-off location, so as to effectively search an alternative get-off location until the vehicle arrives at the get-off location; a vehicle travel management device; and a vehicle travel management method.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: acquiring circumference environment information at stop candidate points; setting a first get-off location from the stop candidate points; determining before a vehicle arrives at the first get-off point, whether or not there is a possibility that the vehicle cannot stop at the first get-off location when the vehicle arrives at the first get-off location on the basis of the circumference environment information of the first get-off location; specifying a stop candidate point positioned within a range of a prescribed distance from the first get-off location as a second get-off location when it is determined that there is a possibility that the vehicle cannot stop at the first get-off location; and transmitting information of the second get-off location to a terminal device which can communicate with the vehicle traveling management device, and into which a user inputs information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両が降車地に到着するまでの間に、降車地に車両が停車できなくなった場合に、効率的に他の降車地を探すことができる車両走行管理システム、車両走行管理装置、及び車両走行管理方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明は、停車候補地点の周囲環境情報を取得し、停車候補地点から第1降車地を設定し、車両が第1降車地に到着する前に、第1降車地の周囲環境情報に基づき、車両が第1降車地に到着した際第1降車地に停車できない可能性があるか否かを判定し、第1降車地に停車できない可能性があると判定される場合には、前記第1降車地から所定の距離の範囲内に位置する停車候補地点を第2降車地として特定し、第2降車地の情報を、車両走行管理装置と通信可能で、ユーザが情報を入力する端末機に送信する。【選択図】 図2
