To provide a horizontal movement auxiliary device for suspended loads, a crane with it, and a horizontal movement method for the suspended loads capable of stably controlling the horizontal movement of the suspended loads.SOLUTION: A horizontal movement auxiliary device 10C has a jib operation lever 33A, a first rotation angle detecting part 52A, a first jib angle gauge 53, a driving control part 901, a derrick angle calculating part 902 of a jib, and a command value calculating part 903 of a main winding winch. The derrick angle calculating part 902 of the jib calculates the estimated derrick angle of the jib 105 based on the initial derrick angle of the jib 105 and on the rotation angle of a jib derrick winch 112 detected by the first rotation angle detecting part 52A during a derrick operation of the jib 105. The command value calculating part 903 of the main winding winch calculates the feed forward control quantity of the main winding winch 110 based on the estimated derrick angle and on the length of the jib 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
