To provide autonomous cooperation-based dynamic train control method and device.SOLUTION: An on-board train control device confirms occurrence of unusual situations determined by communication between trains and ground communication (S1010), classifies the same into any specific unusual situation of a subsequent train alternative route determination scenario, a passage order adjustment scenario due to conflict for concurrent use of track resources, and a forwarding line adjustment scenario for forwarding delay (S1020), calculates a severity for each scenario (S1030), predicts a ripple effect (S1050), and selects an optimal alternative solution (S1080).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
