To perform communication by identifying a movable communication terminal device positioned in the circumference in real time concerning a direct wireless communication system between devices within a close range.SOLUTION: A server performs: acquiring position information and speed information of each one of multiple communication terminal devices which are movable in an object area; storing map information where respective present positions of the multiple communication terminal devices in an object area are associated with communication identifiers of a direct wireless communication system, which are assigned to the communication terminal devices, based on the acquired position information and speed information of each one of the multiple communication terminal devices; setting a communication object area in the circumference of the first communication terminal device positioned in an object area based on map information; and transmitting position information and communication identifier information of the one or multiple second communication terminal devices positioned in a communication object area to the first communication terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10

    【課題】近距離装置間の直接無線通信方式において周辺に位置する移動可能な通信端末装置をリアルタイムに特定して通信できるようにする。【解決手段】サーバは、対象エリアを移動可能な複数の通信端末装置それぞれの位置情報及び速度情報を取得し、取得した複数の通信端末装置それぞれの位置情報及び速度情報に基づいて、対象エリアの複数の通信端末装置それぞれの現在位置と該通信端末装置に割り当てられた直接無線通信方式の通信識別子とを対応付けた地図情報を記憶し、地図情報に基づいて、対象エリアに位置する第1の通信端末装置の周辺の通信対象領域を設定し、通信対象領域に位置する一又は複数の第2の通信端末装置の位置情報及び通信識別子の情報を第1の通信端末装置に送信する。【選択図】図10
