To restrain vehicle speed control unintended by an operator from being performed by a mechanical type operation part operated during an automatic operation mode in an automatic operation vehicle which performs vehicle speed control with a touch panel during the automatic operation mode and further comprises the mechanical type operation part performing the vehicle speed control.SOLUTION: An automatic operation vehicle 10 is provided with a touch panel 28 for which an operator performs input of vehicle speed control instruction during an automatic operation mode, and a mechanical type operation part 70 for inputting an operation control instruction. An operation control part 84 of the automatic operation vehicle 10 executes the vehicle speed control of the automatic operation vehicle 10 by giving priority to the vehicle speed control instruction inputted from the touch panel 28 than the vehicle speed control instruction inputted from the mechanical type operation part 70 if an operation mode of the automatic operation vehicle 10 is in the automatic operation mode or in a semi-automatic operation mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
