To provide a landing time optimization system and a landing time optimization method for optimizing a landing time by adjusting the number of landable aircrafts per predetermined time to an appropriate value.SOLUTION: A landing time optimization system 1 comprises: a data acquisition unit 12 that acquires data of each aircraft; an optimum landing time calculation unit 13 that calculates an optimum landing time so that a wake turbulence interval between aircrafts is maintained based on the data of each aircraft; a wake turbulence interval total value calculation unit 14 that calculates a total wake turbulence interval value for each predetermined time based on the optimum landing time; a surplus time calculation unit 15 that calculates a surplus time for each predetermined time based on the total value of the wake turbulence interval for each predetermined time; a number-of-landable-aircraft adjusting unit 16 that adjusts the number of landable aircrafts for each predetermined time based on the total time for each predetermined time; a number-of-landing calculation unit 17 that calculates the number of landings for each predetermined time based on the optimum landing time; and a land-able time calculation unit 18 that calculates a landable time based on the number of landable aircrafts and the number of landings at each predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
