To provide an integrated operation device which can realize startup, gear change, acceleration, braking and steering functions of a vehicle with one integration device, which can be easily used in an autonomous travel vehicle, and which can achieve an improvement in merchantabiity with reinforced convenience.SOLUTION: An integrated operation device for an autonomous travel vehicle of the present invention is characterized by including: an integration lever which performs rotation operation in mutually different directions for the purpose of acceleration, braking, and steering of a vehicle; a lever magnet which is included in the integration lever; a lever PCB which detects displacement of the lever magnet upon operation of the integration lever; and a main PCB which receives a signal of the lever PCB and outputs a control signal to a vehicle driving part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
