To analyze the unstable psychological state of a driver and provide optimum route guidance.SOLUTION: A route guidance device 10 comprises: a bio-information input unit 101 for inputting the bio-information of a driver driving a vehicle; a psychological state estimation unit 102 for estimating the psychological state of the driver on the basis of the bio-information; a travel information input unit 103 for inputting travel information relating to the traveling and stopping of the vehicle; a cause of psychological state determination unit 105 for determining, on the basis of the psychological state and the travel information, whether or not the cause of ingravescence of the psychological state of the driver is the stopping of the vehicle; and a route search unit 110 for searching a route where the stopping state of the vehicle decreases, when it is determined that the cause of ingravescence of the psychological state is the stopping of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
