To suitably maintain a fluid pressure of a wheel cylinder at a lower value in fluid pressure maintenance control.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure control unit for vehicle comprises: a main flow channel which communicates a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder with each other; a sub flow channel for escaping a brake fluid of the wheel cylinder; an electromagnetic valve which is provided on the master cylinder side of the main flow channel with respect to a master cylinder side end of the sub flow channel, and has a main valve element and a main valve seat part which are operated with electromagnetic force; and a control device which performs fluid pressure maintenance control for the wheel cylinder. The electromagnetic valve has: a first flow channel in which the main valve seat part is provided, and which forms a part of the main flow channel; a second flow channel which connects the master cylinder side of the first flow channel with respect to the main valve seat part and the wheel cylinder side of the first flow channel with respect to the main valve seat part; a sub valve element and a sub valve seat part which are provided in the second flow channel, and restrict flow of the brake fluid from the wheel cylinder side to the master cylinder side; and an energization component which energizes the sub valve element to the sub valve seat part side. In an open state that the main valve seat part is opened by the main valve element, the sub valve seat part is blocked by the sub valve element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
