To provide a composite member capable of suppressing the peeling of a bonded portion where a plurality of component panels are joined.SOLUTION: A composite member 11 includes a first component panel 21 and a second component panel 31, the panels being joined at a bonded portion 41. The first component panel 21 includes: an opposing panel portion 22 that opposes a panel end portion 32 of the second component 31; and an inclined panel portion 23 which extends from the opposing panel portion 22, and inclines relative to the opposing panel portion 22. The inclined panel portion 23 extends outwardly relative to the panel end portion 32, and inclines so as to become apart from the panel end portion 32. The bonded portion 41 includes: a first bonded part 42 located between the opposing panel portion 22 and the panel end portion 32; and a second bonded part 43 which protrudes from the first bonded part 42 to an outward location relative to the panel end portion 32, and is bonded to the inclined panel portion 23.
