To reduce the impact of earthquakes on a crane device while maintaining the range of motion of a moving body under normal use.SOLUTION: A crane collision dumping device is provided on a moving body that travels along a rail while supporting a hanging device, or an object to be avoided that is located at least on one end side of the movable range of the moving body that runs on the rail so as to avoid collision with the moving body, comprising a shock absorber that attenuates the moving speed of the moving body toward the object to be avoided when the moving body reaches an operating position located on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the rail with respect to the object to be avoided, and a damper that is provided on the moving body or the object to be avoided, has a viscous resistor inside, and starts damping of the moving speed of the moving body toward the object to be avoided at a position on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the rail from the operating position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
