The invention discloses an anti-collision device for a crane. The anti-collision device comprises a main body mechanism, a shakeproof mechanism, a fixing plate, clamping blocks, air bags, a pulley, pressure springs, a fixing mechanism and rotating mechanisms. The anti-collision device for the crane has the benefits that the clamping blocks are connected with the main body mechanism; one end of each pressure spring and the main body mechanism are fixed, and the other ends of the pressure springs are installed on the side walls of the clamping blocks; the clamping blocks abut against the air bags; the air bags are fixed to the side wall of the fixing plate; the fixing plate slides in the main body mechanism; the pulley rotates in the fixing plate and is in rolling connection with the inner wall of the main body mechanism; when the main body mechanism collides, the clamping blocks slides towards the interior of the main body mechanism under the action of external force to make the pressure springs stretch, the clamping blocks further squeeze the air bags on the side wall of the fixing plate, the fixing plate drives the pulley to slide in the main body mechanism and to squeeze the clamping blocks on the other side, and then the impact force to the clamping blocks is decomposed. Therefore, the materials in the fixing plate squeeze one another during collision to generate abrasion; and the device using efficiency is improved to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种吊车用防碰撞装置,包括主体机构、防震机构、固定板、卡块、气囊、滑轮、压簧、固定机构和转动机构。本发明的有益效果是:卡块与主体机构之间连接,压簧一端与主体机构之间固定且另一端安装于卡块侧壁,卡块与气囊抵触,气囊固定于固定板侧壁,固定板滑动于主体机构内部,滑轮转动于固定板内部并滚动连接于主体机构内壁,主体机构产生碰撞时,卡块受外力作用向主体机构内部滑动使压簧拉伸,进而使卡块挤压固定板侧壁的气囊,进而使固定板带动滑轮在主体机构的内部滑动并对另一侧的卡块进行挤压,进而使卡块受到的冲击力被分解,从而防止了固定板内部的材料在受到碰撞时互相挤压磨损,一定程度上也提高了装置的使用效率。
