To endure application over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A flotation adjustment device 10 includes: a cylinder 11; a piston 12 inserted in the cylinder 11 for partitioning inside of the cylinder 11 into a water chamber 23 and an air chamber 24; bellows 14 attached to the cylinder 11 as well as being arranged in the water chamber 23 for partitioning the water chamber 23 into a bellows inner chamber 27 and a bellows outer chamber 28; a first sealing unit 16 formed on cylinder inner periphery surface 11c and outer periphery surface 22c of the piston 12 for preventing movement of air and sea water from one to the other in the water chamber 23 and the air chamber 24; and a second sealing unit 17 provided in a connection unit between the cylinder 11 and the bellows 14. The bellows 14 increases and decreases capacity of the bellows inner chamber 27 for storing sea water for flotation amount adjustment according to movement of the piston 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
