To provide steel plate member superimposed structure which can be improved in both of bending rigidity and torsional rigidity, and vehicle body structure.SOLUTION: The steel plate member superimposed structure comprises: a first steel plate 11 in which Young's modulus in a rolling direction and Young's modulus in a rolling orthogonal direction in the steel plate plane are higher than Young's modulus in a rolling 45° cross direction crossing the rolling direction at a cross angle of 45°, and a ratio of maximum and minimum Young's modulus is 1.1 or more; and a second steel plate 12 in which Young's modulus in a rolling 45°cross direction crossing a rolling direction at a cross angle of 45°is higher than Young's modulus in the rolling direction and Young's modulus in the rolling orthogonal direction in the plane of the steel plate, and a ratio of maximum and minimum Young's modulus is 1.1 or more, and which indicates in-plane anisotropy of Young's modulus.
